Yoni Steaming is a beautiful, sacred ritual for your womb space. *Directions: Boil 3-4 cups of water, lower to low/medium heat, add about a ½ cup of the Yoni Steam Herb Blend, and let steep for 5 minutes on low heat covered but not boiling. Remove from heat source, keep covered with lid until you are ready to transfer water & herb blend into your desired container to conduct your yoni steam on. Check the heat by waving your hand 8-10 inches over the top of the tea to ensure the correct temperature for your sacred yoni. Sit over your vessel with your yoni steam blend infusion, wrap a blanket or towel around your waist to try to not let steam escape. Steam for 15-30 minutes.

Do this Sacred Steam Ceremony for yourself 1-8 times per month to help allow your moon cycle/menstrual cycle to be 3-4 days, reduce cramping, heavy bleeding, clotting, painful cycles, ovarian cysts, and many other moon cycle issues.
